As a part of the role, your responsibilities include:
Acquisition of Quality CASA (Current Account & Saving Account) Accounts Qualified & Activated NTB CASA Accounts (In Nos.)
Acquisition of Quality Higher CASA variants-Acquisition of Qualified and Activated Higher CASA variants
Acquisition of CASA Values-CASA AMB acquired in accounts sourced during the month (In Rs)
Revenue Acquisition- Cross sell of Life Insurance products, MF, Gold, Trade/FX, Assets products
Maintaining a good relationship with the customers
Complete adherence to Yes Personality guidelines
Compliant towards KYC and all operational risk
Comply with Banks policies and processes
Ensure timely escalation of issues impacting business and appropriate solutions to address the concerns
Ensure the safety and security of the Bank and customer’s assets
Ensure timely submission of MIS reports
